Who are Orientation Leaders?
Orientation Leaders (OLs) are a dedicated team of student leaders whose primary responsibility is to assist new students, and their families transition to Texas A&M University-Victoria. Our OLs are hardworking, engaging, and passionate students who are committed to being a positive influence in someone else's college experience. Becoming an Orientation Leader is a unique honor and a rewarding opportunity for personal and professional growth. OLs guide all New Student Orientation activities throughout the summer, as well as lead first-year students through Jaguar Journey.
