- Answer Help Desk phones
- Assist users in troubleshooting and accessing their accounts and answering basic IT questions
- Document all incoming calls and issues and create tickets
- Assist users in the computer labs and classrooms
Help Desk Responder
- Provide day-to-day operations support for users with University technology
- Assist faculty and staff with classroom technologies
- Experience required in the operation of Windows OS
